The navigation menu along the top of the browser did not render in Mozilla, but did render in Internet Explorer. Unnecessary FrontPage markup, elaborate navigation code, and links and warnings about correct browser versions bloated the file size.
Usability Concerns
The page does not have a clear title visible; the top-most item is a flashing-by marquee of text warning about school closings; it incidentally also identifies the page if you catch it at the right moment. The nondiscrimination guidelines are placed over the red background on the left-edge of the paragraph, thus making it difficult to read. There is no real content on the page.

Accessibility Concerns
Links work to go elsewhere in the site, but a title and description of the site or the mission of the school district would help non-traditional users.
Return to Operation Deconstruction and examine other sites.
