The page doesn't conform to any HTML standard; the BODY and HTML tags remain unclosed.
Usability Concerns
The front page offers no real content, nonetheless, the simple design is easy to navigate, offers a peak into what Manassas looks like, and provides all the information we'd expect on a front page (address, e-mail link, etc.). The page could be re-coded to meet HTML standards easily.
Graphics could be used to show examples of learning and teaching at the Manassas City Public Schools.

Accessibility Concerns
Tables have provided problems for some text-based browsing systems. The site requires, in limited testing, two clicks to reach content. Since the graphic changes when presented with scenes from Manassas, I'd assign it a NULL value in an ALT attribute to hide it from text-based browsers.
