The code is reminicent of 1998 and what we'd find online: FONT tags, browser sniffing, and tables for layout.
Usability Concerns
Despite other issues, the page fits on one page, is clearly identified, contains content, and a spaced-out area for navigation links. Buttons look like buttons. Straightforward, and works.
Accessibility Concerns
Works well as text; the graphic could use an empty ALT attribute, but the buttons worked despite the use of Javascript for rollover effects. The front page failed the Bobby test.
