Page uses non-standard CSS with the inclusion of Microsoft FrontPage-only code. Confusingly mingles use of FONT tags and CSS together.
Usability Concerns
The layout of the page is simple enough to foster assured usability. Since links on the left have rollover states, I'd recommend the picture-links to schools do the same. The "Message from the Superintendent" link ought to be active, if listed.
Accessibility Concerns
Structural HTML would improve the text version of the site. ALT tags would improve the links to schools; an ALT tag or H1 tag would improve the title of the page.
