Usability Concerns
Centered text is difficult to read. Why is the title of the page linked to itself? Spacing between lines is extreme and doesn't help legibility, either.
Accessibility Concerns
Include an ALT attribute for the photograph, if needed. Website looks dated with the date of 1999 on the photograph.
