Usability Concerns
The page is simple; however the use of the drop-down DHTML menu makes navigation difficult in non-Javascript and graphical browsers. If being read by a cell phone, for instance, the entire site would be cut-off. The slide-overs of certain menu functions (to reveal a submenu) are difficult to follow with a mouse.
Accessibility Concerns
There is no content on this page and the menu system creates a dead-end for non-traditional users.
