The heavy use of graphics and image rollovers bloats page size. Confusing use of Javascript: some functions are repeated in the SCRIPT code.
Usability Concerns
Page is attractive yet took more time than necessary to load over a broadband connection. Links on left and ID fit in one screen on smaller monitors.
Small graphic "Keeping You Ahead of the Curve" unnecessarily requires the use of the Flash plugin.
Accessibility Concerns
Links provided in the text-browser only say "Link" and not to where they lead; they are positioned at the head of the document, so a screen reader will read the word "Link" and [INLINE] over 25 times before any content is reached. Only the e-Facts content on the page is available to text-readers.
