Use of FONT tags adds bulk; the I and B tags used instead of the better STRONG and EM tags result in a great deal of text being underlined in a text browser.
Usability Concerns
This page, while simple, works pretty well save for a few problems, some mentioned above. Improvements might include a picture that didn't depict one season year round; page might be augmented to add timely news instead of static information. Text is easy to read in Mozilla, and the graphics are unified by a theme.
Accessibility Concerns
Standarized HTML would increase accessbility.
